These completely satisfy my desire for chips. The secret to making the best kale chips is to show them exquisite love by massaging them sensually and working the olive oil into every single crinkle. That's how I like a massage too!
Remove the hard, tough stems from the kale and chop it into small pieces.
Drizzle the olive oil over the kale and get to work massaging it in.
Add the nutritional yeast, paprika and salt. Give the kale another massage treatment to make sure the seasonings are distributed.
Set your dehydrator to 145 and allow to dry 2 hours and then reduce to 120 for 2 hours. Or, line baking sheets with parchment paper and dry in your oven at lowest setting until kale is dry and crispy. 4-5 hours.
